Rooftop pool with city views, proximity to major attractions, well-lit breakfast room
Noise from the busy road can be annoying!!! Communication about parking options really needs improvement!!! The small elevators are quite frustrating when carrying luggage. A little more attention to cleanliness in common areas would elevate the experience!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! We loved visiting the Boquería Market and catching a show at the Liceo Theatre. The hotel had great facilities and was centrally located. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and having tea and coffee in our room was super convenient.
The rooftop bar service was lacking. we had to call for help and waited too long. It could definitely be improved for a better experience.

The hotel had a modern vibe and the staff was generally friendly, but my room suffered from noise issues and lacked natural light. The breakfast was decent, though our experience with the reception wasn’t the best when needing a room change. Overall, there are great amenities but beware of noise.

missingWrote a review on May 29rooftop poolcity viewsattraction accessparking issuesdog restrictions
The rooftop pool offers a perfect spot to unwind after a busy day with city views visible from its edge. There’s also easy access to numerous attractions, making exploration simple, especially for those with the energy for local adventures.
Parking can be a hassle. there's no drop-off point outside, and you must inquire about where to park your vehicle prior to arrival, which complicates luggage handling. The Wi-Fi is lacking in security and often disconnects unexpectedly, which might be frustrating for anyone needing reliable internet. Additionally, if you're traveling with a dog, expect limitations, as pets are restricted to the small lobby and your room, meaning you can't enjoy meals together in common areas.

The hotel location made exploring Granada a breeze. A quick walk brought us to the city center with lots of sights. The room felt spacious, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. I appreciated the complimentary chocolates and water, adding a nice touch. Breakfast offered a good variety, featuring fresh options. However, I ran into a few hiccups. The elevator didn’t reach my floor, which was a bit inconvenient. Staff availability at times seemed limited. I had to wait longer than expected for assistance. Overall, this hotel had great amenities, but service consistency could use some attention.
